During a Reiki Treatment the Practitioner can act as a booster, to the natural signal you normally receive. So during the treatment your body benefits from a perception of clarity.
If you have already had a prior Reiki Treatment you could have some expectation of how the deeper Beyond Reiki Treatments may feel. The vast majority of treatments feel simply wonderful. However draining a metaphorical swamp, digging a ditch and purging swamp creatures from the plumbing - via a process involving a ‘Cosmic Dynorod’ is unlikely to initially feel, or smell pleasant , though the result is truly beneficial.
Just to be clear, some of the most powerful and deeply transformative treatments, do not feel wonderful or completely comfortable, at the time or initially immediately afterwards (as the body re-balances itself). It just depends on; what is going on in your life that is putting you out of balance, what level the Practitioner is working at and what level of awareness is required, for the you to personal take responsibility for your own own healing.
