Foundation First Degree, in the Golden Reiki Way, allows you to replenish your personal energy supply, clear that which no longer serves you and thus make way for a brighter future. At the merest thought of healing intention, Foundation Reiki enables you to deliver fully grounded Universal Life Force Energy.
As a preparation before the weekend training, equivalent to the gentle defragmentation of the hard drive of your mind, you will go through twenty-one days of clearing and cleansing. The nearest modern day analogy that I can find, to express the process of attunement, can be found in the process of installing a new processor for your personal computer. The new processor (Foundation Reiki 1) speeds up all programs and enables all existing applications (mind powers/talents) to be reconfigured for greater efficiency.

On a personal level the twenty-one days, prior to the course, can raise some difficult issues for your examination. For some, this can be found in the presentation of people, issues or situations that simply need your attention. For others, this can be a gentle but firm demonstration of the changes required in your life that would otherwise feel insurmountable.
This School is dedicated to Love & Harmony. All attunements and training is given with particular emphasis on the directional and energetic configurations that maintain this through a Medicine Wheel orientation. This means that all your newly acquired abilities will seek to work in harmony with a greater purpose. The course can help in recovery and prevention of Accident, Addiction, Illness or Injury. Motivation for taking this course can be to bring this about for your self or for immediate friends and family.
The Foundation First Degree stands above and beyond the common run of the mill 1st Degree Reiki. As such I’ve attuned many people who have already taken Reiki courses with others, but then found themselves unsatisfied with the experience, or simply found it impossible to practice what they were taught. People with 1st, 2nd and Masters have all found this course to transform their relationship to Universal Life Force Energy.

This School teaches and treats the most talented in Creativity, Healing and Farsensing. Our colours are Purple, Red and Gold and we are custodians of the Sacred Energy bundles of Reiki Symbol Six, Reiki Symbol Seven & Reiki Symbol Eight. The School is orientated to the Medicine of Love & Harmony and is dedicated to Nadine of ISIS Healing.
This lineage attunes all the way to your feet and this is in a Shamanic Way. The four ‘shamanic’ attunement ceremonies will be held in the Usui Tradition of Natural Healing. Shamanic simply means that everything is delivered with love and harmony, with a special attention to the individual's inner quest.
Learn about the People we meet in our life path, the Powers we are able to manifest and the places in which our interactions are most effective. You will receive Reiki Treatments, as well as learn how to deliver them to friends and family. Enabling the clearing of attachments and circumstances that no longer serve us. Your entire psycho-spiritual matrix will be cleared, cleansed & upgraded. There will be a 21-day cycle, following the course, where it is possible to embrace the profoundest re-balancing.
So the simplest analogy is that you have to be tuned into Reiki, by the appropriately qualified engineer, before you can receive the better signal and greater channel choice! However the ethers are more and more full of shopping channels, pornography, telephone signals and the so-called ‘white noise’ of Twenty First-century living. Those that rely on receiving sky transmitted Reiki, only through their crown antenna, have a special duty to be absolutely clear, in the directionality and quality of the signal they pass on to any recipient.
Everything that happens is generated by the choices we make. Everything that is going to happen is already forming from those 'past' choices. We can change nothing that is already triggered to happen. So it is not what we do that counts, it is how we do it and how we choose to respond to life, as it unfolds. By our choices, in this instant only we can form future changes.
The Universe teaches through fundamental principles, all of which have their own guiding light. My own mastery is in 'Maximum efficiency with Minimum' effort expressed as 'By their actions so shall ye know them'.
There isn't a book list about this, as we have yet to find anything published that can cover the topic adequately. The principles of The Golden Reiki Way are the same for everyone, but the manifestation is unique to the individual! In practice I've found that people deliver key permissions to proceed and these are always linked to key words given to me during their attunements, then triggered by the recipient.
The courses themselves, through attunement ceremonies, give the individual their own set of personal milestones and guidance notes. Attunement occurs in a medicine wheel (but as with all School initiations, the experience is closed to the individual concerned - no one else is part of that). The participants share what they are comfortable with, only to ground that experience, so it isn't lost.
Confidentially is real and enforced.

The images in the Foundation manual are deliberately cartooned because the hand positions are never exact. One set of hands connects to one face at different angles than with another pair of people. So having actual photos causes people to attempt to copy them. That isn't the point at all, as it is about experience and trust feeling the connections - not copying them from a manual (as that gets in the way of the process).
Groups assemble outside my direction and I have learnt to trust this process. I regularly re-attune people to Reiki who have gone all the way to Mastery, but found the prior experience has failed to serve their needs. Each group that assembles has certain common issues that enable a balance to generate. Each member holds an energy, on behalf of the entire group, so that the others can work through their own personal impediments to progress (this isn't a conscious transaction).
Be prepared for shifts in your awareness and for old issues to rise to the surface for your attention. Be particularly observant of your responses and allow yourself time to assimilate change (possible only after the attunement process). The 21 days before the courses can sometimes raise some uncomfortable issues (these will be faced and cleared in the teaching space). You are required to monitor yourself, on the lead up to work in The Golden Reiki Way and prepare for deepest change.
